Starlite Festival Marbella 2013

The Starlite Festival Marbella is back for another year, having provided Marbella residents and tourists with some amazing acts and performances last year.

has a great mix of Spanish and international stars ready to take to the stage and wow audiences once again.

First up this year is the highly acclaimed, international star Jamie Cullum with his unique pop, jazz and soul style. Jamie Cullum will be performing at the Marbella Starlite Festival on 27 July 2013 at 10pm.

Next up on the 28 July 2013 is one of the most well known and leading Israeli artists Noa. Her influences are from some of the best songwriters such as Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell and Leonard Cohen and her eclectic style is one which is quite unique.

On Friday 2 August 2013 the famous icons of Spanish music get together to bring you ‘Movida Madrileña‘. Taking to the stage in Marbella will be Nacho García Vega from Nacha Pop, Alejo Stivel from Tequila, Nacho Campillo from Tam Tam Go, Rafa Sánchez from La Union and the legend of Spanish music Hombres G.

Saturday 3 August 2013 could possibly be billed as ‘Ladies Night’ simply because the legend himself Julio Iglesias returns for another performance at the Starlite Festival Marbella. Both old and young will have heard the music of Julio Iglesias as he continues to grace the charts, something has done for decades.

On 5 August 2013 it’s the turn of the Buenavista Social Club to play you the sounds that made them so famous. The orchestra was formed 16 years again playing Cuban cha-cha and Cuban jazz.

For lovers of dance then Friday 9 August 2013 will be a real treat as international performer Sara Baras graces the Starlite Marbella Festival stage. Sara has being on stage of over 20 years and has her own dance company. She is a Dancer and Choreographer making over 2,500 performances from the Royal Albert Hall in London to the Royal Opera House in Sydney.

Sunday 11 August 2013 one of the most well known and best loved Latin American singers with 16 Latin Grammys and 3 Grammys to his name will perform. The man we are referring to is of course Alejandro Sanz. He has had duets with some of the world’s top recording artists such as Alica Keys, Shakira, The Corrs, Tony Bennett and many more.

14 August 2013 is the Spanish female artists Malu who was actually discovered by Alejandro Sanz.

15 August 2013 Paco de Lucia takes to the stage with his Spanish guitar to bring you some amazing music.

17 August 2013 following his father on the Starlite Festival stage is the one and only Enrique Iglesias. Already and huge international recording artist having played concerts to thousands of screaming fans across the globe, Marbella is in for a real treat.

Finally on 24 August 2013 another top Spanish artist, David Bisbal will be performing.
